Desired Skills and Experience
- Bachelor Degree, preferably in a business related topic or other social science.
- At least 3 years Store Manager experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills supporting a team environment.
- Strong planning and organizational skills with a sense of priority for deadlines and attention to detail.
- Ability to challenge and motivate the associates; ability to coach, develop and manage performance.
- Comfortable and confident in making effective autonomous and group decisions in a timely manner.
- Schedule flexibility to include evenings and weekends.
- Excellent knowledge of English language; any additional language will be considered positively.
- Computer literate and excellent knowledge of MS Office.
