Job Description:
– Assists in the Hiring process by creating new Job Contracts, update Employee Files and Annual Leave Records
– Updates Human Resources Information System Records and compiles Reports on a monthly basis
– Updates company Organizational Charts for Headquarters and Stores
– Maintains and Administers Employee Benefits records
– Assists in company Recruitment and Development activities such as C.V. Screening, Performance Appraisal, Assessment Centres and Training

Candidate profile:
– University or T.E.I. Degree
– Post Graduate Degree in Human Resources or Occupational Psychology will be considered an asset but is not essential
– 1-2 years of working experience in an HR Department is desirable but not essential
– Strong fluency in English
– Advanced computer literacy with emphasis in MS Excel
– Excellent communication and organizational skills.
