FLIGHT DISPATCHER
This position brings along the following responsibilities
- Flight plan preparation on a 24/7 basis
- Delivers all information to flight crew pertinent to each flight (NOTAMs, Meteorology) and any other relevant information
- Provides relevant information in case of emergency and manages such cases
- Monitors flight network (through AIMS and Eurocontrol) and weather situation
- Communicates and collaborates with all internal departments and external agencies (Airports, ATC)
ΑΠΑΙΤHΣΕΙΣ ΘEΣΗΣ
Candidates should have the following personal requirements:
- On-time and efficient decision making
- Ability to work under pressure
- Team oriented
- Very high level of ownership and initiative
- Accurate and meticulous
- Good knowledge and implementation of company procedures
And the following educational requirements and work experience:
- Basic aviation terminology knowledge
- Fluent Greek and English (written and spoken)
- Minimum 1 year work experience in the airline industry
- Flight Dispatcher and/or Pilot license
- IT literate

WEB ANALYST
The Web Analyst is responsible for tracking and reporting of all digital channels (web, mobile & Apps).
This position brings along the following responsibilities:
- Setups and maintains Google Analytics, excels and presentations for weekly & monthly reporting of digital channels
- Retrieves, formats and analyzes business intelligence data
- Automates standard work processes for reporting
- Syncs with digital team to set up reports for new services, microsite and pages
- Provides analytical insight to new and potential services, developments and digital enhancements
- Works with partners to implement tracking roadmap and developments
- Supports the preparation of monthly digital analysis & online marketing activities
- Supports the preparation of monthly accounting invoices for ancillary partners
- Participates in the development and maintenance of Google Analytics

Loyalty Product Development and Administration Business Analyst
The Loyalty Product Development and Administration Business Analyst is responsible to lead the CRM and Loyalty products and services’ developments, as well as to create and monitor customer experience-related processes.
This position brings along the following responsibilities:
- Evaluates the scope and defines clear specifications and business analysis according to the business requirements
- Manages end-to-end the Loyalty and CRM system developments (products / services / processes)
- Sets and monitors KPIs to safeguard good customer experience.
ΑΠΑΙΤHΣΕΙΣ ΘEΣΗΣ
Candidates should have the following personal requirements:

And the following educational requirements and work experience:
- University degree in Science or familiar major
