ΑΠΑΙΤHΣΕΙΣ ΘEΣΗΣ

Τυπικά προσόντα:

  • Απολυτήριο Λυκείου
  • Άριστη γνώση αγγλικών
  • Δεύτερη ξένη γλώσσα (γαλλικά ή ρωσικά ή ιταλικά ή γερμανικά) θα θεωρηθεί προσόν
  • Πτυχία ανωτέρων ή ανωτάτων Σχολών θα θεωρηθούν προσόν
  • Για τους άντρες υποψήφιους, θα πρέπει να είναι εκπληρωμένες οι στρατιωτικές υποχρεώσεις

Μαζί με τα βιογραφικά σημειώματα είναι απαραίτητη η επισύναψη πρόσφατης φωτογραφίας.

Data Analyst

Reporting to PSS Manager, the Data Analyst will be responsible for the development of and enhancements to company’s databases, data flows and reports. All work efforts will be performed according to company’s policies and procedures relating to software development and quality.

 This position brings along the following responsibilities:

  • Coordination with external parties for development of in-house databases,  ETL and  automated processes for IT/PSS
  • Coordination with other Aegean departments for new reports and datafeeds, requirements’ collection and user acceptance tests
  • Scheduled automated ETL follow up, troubleshooting and support.
  • T-SQL programming, testing and maintenance
  • Design and creation of management reports
  • Presentation of data in a clear, confident manner with the ability to tailor information dependent on audience and level of analytical understanding
  • Implementation of datafeeds to other departments and applications, support
  • SQL scripts for ad-hoc analysis and data mining for internal PSS needs or other departments
  • Maintenance of available data
  • Data Quality tests, crosschecks of the IT/PSS data sources with data online or other departments data
  • Software, datafeeds and  reports documentation
  • Daily reports distribution

ΑΠΑΙΤHΣΕΙΣ ΘEΣΗΣ

Candidates should have the following personal requirements:

  • Good understanding of complex database structures and predictive models

And the following educational requirements and work experience:

  • University degree related to IT, Statistics, Mathematics or similar field
  • At least 3 years of previous work experience in a related field and/or discipline
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Proficiency using SQL for analytics, T-SQL programming and SQL Server Reporting Services knowledge
  • Knowledge of Business Intelligence and Analytics tools will be considered an asset

Call Center Agents

This position brings along some of the following responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls
  • Book seats
  • Issue e-tickets
  • Provide information on flights, fares, as well as new services
  • Perform tickets/bookings changes or cancellations

ΑΠΑΙΤHΣΕΙΣ ΘEΣΗΣ

Candidates should have the following personal requirements:

  • Team oriented

  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work on rotation shifts
  • Decisive, organized, proactive approach

Candidates should have the following educational requirements and work experience:

  • Bachelor degree will be an asset
  • Greek and English fluent written and spoken are mandatory
  • Excellent knowledge of at least one of the following languages : German, French, Italian, Russian, Spanish, Catalonian
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Military obligation must be completed

The Call center department operates at Head Quarter in Kifissia, daily, 24 hours a day.

Licensed Engineer

The Line Maintenance Team is responsible for the maintenance of the Aegean Airlines and Olympic Air fleets.

This position brings along the following responsibilities:

  • Undertakes and implements inspections and maintenance tasks in accordance with company needs
  • Optimizes manpower and resources in order to achieve time/cost efficiency
  • Liaises at all times with Shift leaders and Maintenance Control Center to ensure progress, delivery times and/or possible delays of each undertaken project
  • Upholds the standards of performance of the team
  • Reports significant defects, when risen, to relevant departments
  • Maintains the equipment and premises to a satisfactory standard and reports any discrepancies to the appropriate departments, both internally and externally
  • Complies with company and legal requirements, regarding aircraft inspections and maintenance
  • Maintains his area of responsibility airworthy and safe in accordance with company requirements and performance standards
  • Reports to Shift leaders and Supervisors on daily basis

ΑΠΑΙΤHΣΕΙΣ ΘEΣΗΣ

Candidates should have the following personal requirements:

And the following educational requirements and work experience:

  • EASA B1 License unrestricted
  • Type rating for A320 V2500 and/or Bombardier Q400/D100
  • 6 months minimum recorded experience in a Line or Base Maintenance      environment in the last 12 months
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Advanced computer skills
  • Health and Safety Legislation knowledge will be considered an asset
  • Recency letter
  • Reference Letter
